Bracken Ridge Ranch Is Proud to Introduce
Our Sister Business
"THE EGGERS NEST"
Specializing in Professional Quality Blown Egg Shells
Bracken Ridge Ranch / The Eggers Nest has been specializing in Professional Quality blown eggs for Egg Artists, Crafters, Collectors, Schools, Natural History Museums etc. since 1997.
We do not use any chemicals in our cleaning process so all of our eggs take Pysanky and other types of dyes very well.
About Our Blown Craft Egg ShellS For Sale:
When possible our eggs are cleaned through 1 hole drilled dead center in the large end of the egg with the smallest drill bit possible. However, it is sometimes necessary on the smaller eggs to use 2 holes. When that becomes necessary (to keep the egg from imploding during cleaning) the second hole is the size of a needle point.
All Eggs are from domestically raised birds.

Bits and Pieces:
For Jewelry Makers
From time to time an egg shatters when being drilled or cleaned and sometimes we just get downright clumsy and drop them. At any rate, these eggs are generally sold to very talented people who cut them into various sizes then paint them, dye them, or put rhinestones on them and make them into earrings and necklaces.
E-mail and ask us what we have in our
"Broken pieces Boo Boo Bin."
